Use signifies acceptance
Acceptance - You
shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use by viewing the website and
using the information provided therein. Your acceptance is a prerequisite to
using the services of the website. If you do not accept these Terms of Use
(including the privacy declaration), please immediately stop using this
website. You are therefore requested to read the said privacy declaration very
carefully.
Not mandatory - You
need not use the website or applications offered on or via the same. The
website is merely a channel that can facilitate a number of things. The parties
may deviate from this principle in specific agreements, in which it is agreed
for example, that information, pay slips, employment records and/or invoices
shall only be provided digitally. In such cases, LHH would obviously be

General (limitations on) Liability
In no case shall LHH
be held liable for any (direct, indirect or other) damages resulting from the
use of the website or of other sites linked to the same, especially any
financial or commercial loss, loss of software or data in your computer or
other system, even if LHH has or could have had knowledge of the fact that such
damage could arise.
Thus neither you nor
third parties can hold LHH liable for:
- the
interruption of access to the website or to the applications offered on or via
it due to disturbances in the communication channels or due to connection problems,
- any
modification, suspension, interruption or termination of your access to
(specific parts of) the website or applications,
- the
transmission of viruses despite the security measures in place,
- unauthorised

of this website in order to obtain your data (for example, phishing), or
- the
occurrence of any instance of force majeure.
Any limitation or
exclusion of liability in favour of LHH shall also unconditionally apply to
partners of LHH that permit or enable LHH to offer the website and applications

Access
Access Controls – You can
only access the website or applications (or specific parts thereof) after
identifying yourself with access keys such as a user identification code (User
ID) and a password. You can alter or revoke your access keys at any time. To
the extent possible, LHH will make every effort to implement such change or
revocation as soon as possible. As a user, you undertake not to misuse your
access (keys).
Users - As a
candidate, company or other interested party, LHH can provide you with access
to (specific parts of) the website or applications if you so request. This may
be done either via the website, via info@lhh.be
or via your LHH contact person. LHH will provide you with a password for the
same.
Power Users – A power
user (or “super user”) system may be used in relation to companies. LHH can
provide them with a facility to independently evaluate requests from company
employees to access company data. This shall be done subject to the
responsibility of the heavy user(s) and at the risk of the undertaking.
Personal - Access
to (specific parts of) the website or applications is personal. You, the user,
must ensure that no one else uses your login/your account. All actions
performed via a login/account will be ascribed to the person to whom the
account is allotted. Consequently, all damage caused to LHH or to third parties
due to such actions will be ascribed to the person to whom the account is
allotted. Therefore, please take necessary measures, such as: keep your login
and password confidential (do not reveal it to others or write it on a piece of
paper and leave it lying about, ensure that no one can view
communications between you and Adecco, etc.), close your session even if
you leave your computer for a little while, do not let anyone observe your
session, choose a password that cannot be easily discovered, and change your
password regularly (for example, every month), etc.
Authorised - If you
(or a power user) enter information relating to an (other) person for your
login/your account, then LHH will have the irrefutable ground to grant such
person access to the data that LHH provides via the website or a specific
application.
Discretion
of LHH
- LHH can assign, restrict, suspend or refuse access to (specific parts of) the
website or applications according to its own discretion. This is without
prejudice to any agreement to the contrary.
Measures
can and will be taken (1) if access is misused, (2) these Terms of Use are
violated, (3) the website is used for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to
morality, or (4) in case of use that constitutes an infringement of the
integrity, security or reputation of the website, the application, or LHH.
Availability
Resource commitment - LHH
shall deploy reasonable commercial resources in order to ensure and maintain
the accessibility of the website and specific applications in Belgium to the
extent possible, ideally 24/7. However, LHH does not undertake to provide a
continuous, uninterrupted and secure access to the website or applications. LHH
may implement improvements, updates or changes in the website or applications
in connection with maintenance or other aspects. Therefore, among other things,
LHH may at any time and without prior notice, interrupt access to this website
or to an application.
LHH shall obviously
not be responsible for the possible disadvantages encountered and which result
from the Internet, an ISP or your computer configuration.
Rights

rights

all its constituent elements, are protected by applicable intellectual property
rights. These constituent elements include the layout, logos, names, text,
illustrations, graphics and computer programs, among other things. The

changes via a message sent via a channel known to LHH (for example, by post,
email, SMS, etc.). In case of a different amendment, simple changes in
accordance with actual conditions (for example, names of persons, features of
the website or web applications, etc.) or an amendment to the law, LHH may
inform you of the same, but does not undertake to do so. In any case, LHH
advises and expects you to regularly (at least every two months) study these
