We have a proven methodology and over 25 years of experience in career transition.

Oure Office Manager is the first person you will meet. He will guide you through the facilities and you can always rely on him to answer any question you might have. It is our ambition to provide you with a pleasant and productive environment that will contribute to a faster and successful journey.

The most important person you will meet is your Personal Consultant. He will explain to you the program we set up for you and he will coach you – step by step – through the entire transition process. You can rely on him as a trainer, a coach, a counselor, a facilitator, a friend, a confident, an ally, a sparring partner. But most of all he is a person you can trust. Of course his focus stays on the career transition.

As a third actor in our office we present you the Business Information Consultant. He will guide you through the practical aspects of your search. He will collect data on companies, branches and trainings and he will give you tips on how or where to find certain information. You should also check LHH CAMPUS (intranet) as a resource. The Business Information Consultant will inform you about opportunities or job openings and can help you establish a network with LHH(Altedia) partners.

Next to our individual meetings, we will also invite you to Workshops, Assessments and Job Search Work Teams. There you will meet consultants who are trained and experienced in these fields and who will share their knowledge with you.

We won’t miss an opportunity to help and guide you in finding a new job, make a next career step or even start your own business. Depending on the timeframe and the type of program, you will focus on the orientation phase or continue working with us all the way. You can discuss your priorities and needs with your personal consultant.
